Management Philosophy

I don't ask my team to do anything I wouldn't do myself. Whether it's presenting to stakeholders or diving into user research, I'm in it with them.

Before offering solutions, I make space for my team's ideas and concerns. The best insights often come from the people closest to the work.

Micromanagement kills creativity. I hire great people and give them the autonomy to do their best work, then get out of the way.

Ambiguity breeds anxiety. I prioritize direct, honest communication so everyone knows where they stand and where we're going.
